What gets you motivated? What keeps you motivated? For different folks it is, of course, different things. Some are positive things; some, not so much. We all need a little motivation every once in a while. Here are a few of my favorite “motivational” or “inspirational” quotes. If you find one you like, write it out on a piece of paper, note card, or sticky note – and put it where you can see it often. When you don’t want to do something that you really need to get done (weekly challenges, for example), read it to yourself – out loud – and focus on it for a minute or two. And always keep the end result you’re after in mind – whether it’s an organized house, a smaller dress size, or an empty week on your calendar.
