Weekly Menu Plan, October 13-18


I can’t believe I haven’t posted in two weeks! I’m sorry I’ve been a slacker. I’ll just blame mid-life hormones that lead to napping every afternoon and leave it at that! 🙂 After three weeks of being exhausted and falling asleep every afternoon AFTER having coffee, I have an appointment set with my doctor for a check-up. My sweet daughter just chalks it up to old age. I said she was sweet, right? 😉

Anyway, here’s my dinner menu plan for the week.

Monday: Chicken Noodle Casserole, Corn, Green Beans

Tuesday: Beef & Bean Burritos, Mexican Rice

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Lentil Soup, Cornbread

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Stuffed Pasta Shells, Salad

Saturday: Leftovers or Sandwiches

So wherever you are, I hope your fall is feeling like fall. I keep waiting but it hasn’t happened yet. Oh, we had a couple of cool days followed by days in the upper 80s and even in the 90s. I love fall. I’d just like for it to get here and hang around a while before winter. Sigh.
