We paid a visit to a roadside farm stand on Saturday and picked up fresh veggies for the week. Here’s what’s on the menu for dinner this week.
Monday – Skillet/Fried Corn, Fried Squash, Green Beans, Rice & Gravy (leftover)
Tuesday – Glazed Mestloaf, Creamy New Potatoes, Crunchy Baked Eggplant
Wednesday – Baked Chicken, Summer Veggie Crepes
Thursday – Leftovers
Friday – Homemade Pizzas
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – French Dip Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Fries (Mmmm….I want sweet potato fries now!)
